Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Android mobile applications published under the Qelvox Studio brand (each, an "App"), operated by Bekrine LLC ("Bekrine LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any Qelvox Studio App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use a Qelvox Studio App. By using an App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Qelvox Studio publishes free Android utility apps distributed through the Google Play Store. Features and functionality for each App are as described on that App's Google Play listing and may be updated from time to time.

4. No Cost, Advertising-Supported

Qelvox Studio Apps are free to download and use. We do not currently offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apps are supported by in-app advertising served through Google AdMob. If we introduce paid features in the future, these Terms will be updated to describe applicable billing and refund terms before those features launch.

5. Refunds

Because our Apps do not currently involve any purchases, no purchase-related refunds apply today. Should paid features be introduced, refund requests would be handled according to our Refund Policy. Contact [email protected] with any billing-related question.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use an App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble an App, except as permitted by law
  • Interfere with or disrupt an App's servers or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of an App
  • Use an App to transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any App security or advertising mechanism

7. Intellectual Property

Each Qelvox Studio App, including its design, features, logos, and content (excluding user-generated content, if any), is owned by Bekrine LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Qelvox Studio App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Disclaimers

Qelvox Studio Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bekrine LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of a Qelvox Studio App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bekrine LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of an App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of a Qelvox Studio App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
