This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Qelvox Studio, operated by Bekrine LLC.
1. Our Apps Are Currently Free
All Qelvox Studio apps are free to download from the Google Play Store, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions at this time. As there is currently nothing to purchase within our Apps, no purchase-related refunds apply today.
2. If Paid Features Are Introduced
If Bekrine LLC introduces paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases within a Qelvox Studio app in the future, any such purchases would be billed and processed through Google Play's billing system, and refunds would be subject to Google Play's official refund policy (support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). This page will be updated in advance of any such launch to describe the applicable refund process.

If you believe you were charged in connection with a Qelvox Studio app and did not expect to be, or have any other billing-related question, contact us immediately at:

We aim to respond to all support and billing-related inquiries within 1-2 business days, and will assist in escalating any unexpected charge through Google Play.
