Privacy Policy for PDF to Excel Converter

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Overview

PDF to Excel Converter is developed by Qelvox Studio. This policy explains how the app handles information when you convert PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets.

Your files stay on your device

The app processes the PDF documents you select on your device. It converts detected tables and text into XLSX files locally. We do not upload, transmit, store, or access your PDF files or exported spreadsheets on our servers.

File access

The app uses Android's system file picker to let you select a PDF and choose where to save an exported XLSX file. It only receives access to the specific files and folders you choose. It does not request broad device-storage access.

Information we collect

We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, account information, or usage data. The app does not include advertising.

Payments

The app offers a one-time Pro purchase through Google Play. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your files or personal information to third parties.

Children's privacy

PDF to Excel Converter is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Because conversion is performed on your device, your PDF content remains under your control. Please use your device's security features to protect files stored on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The current version will always be available at this page.
